NEW DOCTORS APPOINTMENT - COVID-19



The State Government has appointed nearly 700 doctors to strengthen the frontline workforce in the government hospital to combat coronavirus.  The necessary appointment orders to this effect has since been issued.  According to the Health Minister Mr C Vijayabaskar, efforts are afoot to appoint Health Inspectors, nurses and other paramedics.  There was a widespread news that doctors who are attending to affected persons are affected due to their contacts with the patients in leading government hospitals.  The screening centres are also introduced where vulnerable cases are noticed.  People arrving at Chennai by trains and flights are tested.  If found positive, they are quarantined for minimum of period of seven days.

Let us trust and hope the dangerous virus disease would end soon.
