COVID-19 - CAUTIONS



The Health Ministry in the capital has warned and advised the people concerned in the wrong use of drug and self-medication for controlling COVID-19.  The causes are by a virus and not bacteria.

In case of symptoms, the best procedure is to call on a doctor and abide by his instructions, which are treated as much trained in the professional way.  The cure for the pandemic is yet to be found.

The Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) have tested nearly 1.5 lacs samples in 24 hours time and 69.5 lacs samples since the disease started.

Frequent hand wash, , usage of mask while going out, maintaining physical distance of one metre between people and visit doctor in case of one or two symptoms are basic need to fight against the coronavirus.

The community will be safeguarded in all respects only if perfect following of COVID-19 rules are adhered to.

The comfortable breath during exercises will be maintained only if someone is not using the mask at that time.  This needs to be followed with perfect attention and treated as an important guideline issued by the World Health Organisation.  The growth of micro-organisms should be avoided by removing the masks when it becomes wet and making the breath easier.  Maintaining physical distance during exercise is a vital point.  The oxygen deficiency will not come on the way if medical mask used for a longer time and uncomfortable.  The medical mask needs perfect fitting and tighter so that breathing goes normal.  The mask need to be changed when found wet.  Changing of masks at periodical intervals gives good breath and better health.

The spread of COVID-19 through footwear is very minimum.  It would be better if footwear is left outside the house, which will not affect the children play on the floor often.  In case of waste or dust in the footwear without ones knowledge, the spread of infection is prevented by having it away from the house.
