The coronavirus ensures ageless attack on human with no mercy and spread all over. People undergo treatment at various hospitals considering the nature of disease and get discharged after recovery.
The health experts generally of the opinion that a person who had Covid-19 infection will have some immunity against a repeat infection. There is possibility that coronavirus will attack again but how often is not a known factor. A report in Hong Kong upon research reveal that a person got the coronavirus second time based on evidences after the initial infection.
Even though it is not published the scientists believe that the 33 year old man had mild symptoms the first time and none the second time, suggest his immune system might have given some protection against serious illness even if it could not prevent a reinfection.
The recent infection was detected through screening and testing at the Hong Kong airport and researchers reveal genetic tests show different strains of virus. Other occurrence was that a US man fallen sick the second time than the first occasion. The World Health Organisation says it would not happen regularly, There will be immunity against the repeat infection. The extent of protection and how long it lasts are not known clearly. If immunity wears off, there is a challenge for vaccines and booster shots could be needed. It is also not clear that the second virus could spread to others.
