It was already known that regular activities are allowed to take place in Maharashtra despite coronavirus cases being booked often. Today 6,185 new cases of covid-19 reported with overall cases in the state went beyond 18 lacs. It is no surprise that the government extended the lockdown till midnight of 31st December 2020.
Many restrictions have been eased in the past two months allowing the public feel free with a view to resuming normalcy in all the activities. The revised guidelines issued from time to time facilitate public activity to take place. The places of worship have been reopened. The schools for the standards from 9th to 12th have been opened in select parts of the state. The hotel industry including bar facility facing acute financial crunch have been allowed to start their activities in good spirit.
